Samsung is a household name in the world of technology, but had a hard time reaching a millennial audience. We worked with their offices in Korea, US, and the UK to evolve the brand’s digital direction to appeal to younger, mobile-first consumers. In an attempt to enhance organic search traffic, we created authentic editorial stories as well as a bold visual design system that encourages exploration. By creating meaningful content that reflected their passions, we increased site traffic and allowed our audience to discover how Samsung can help them do what they can’t.
